Moon Lantern

The Moon Lantern is Lori’s first lantern, made of copper and moonstone.

When activated, it emits a soft golden glow that animates fantasies and projects them into reality. It’s triggered by a side button. It symbolizes the creative impulse, β€œlunar inspiration,” and the link between an idea and its embodiment.

The lantern first appears in Lori’s childhood and becomes a constant companion in her life. Its golden light embodies not only creative energy and euphoria, but also dependence: little by little it encroaches on Lori’s everyday life, disrupting her focus and even sleep.

Over time, using the lantern brings not only joy but also a sense of emptiness without it. The lantern reaches the limit of its work: its light becomes excessive and scorching, and then refuses to turn on altogether as its internal source is depleted.

It can no longer give inspiration without harming its owner or resorting to unnatural methods.
